Refund Policy - the basics
We're excited to have you join us at Down by the Bay Play Cafe! While we understand that things can come up, please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and staffing effectively to provide the best possible experience for all our guests.
However, we know that life happens and plans can change. Whether your child is sick, grumpy, or you just don't feel like leaving the house, we've got you covered. If you need to reschedule your visit, you can do so one time by giving us at least 2 hours' notice.
To reschedule, simply send us a message via email or Instagram, and we'll be happy to help you find a new time to visit. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Sickness Policy
We understand that illness is a part life, especially with children. While we all want to enjoy outings, we ask that you please consider the health of others. If your child has been unwell in the last 48 hours, we encourage you to contact us to reschedule. Our priority is to keep our cafe safe for everyone, including our family, as we are a family-run business.
We understand that runny noses happen, and a cough can last longer than a contagious period, although if your child visibly ill we may ask that you return at a later date and provide a complimentary play pass for a future visit.
